I know that the sonic maps allow for unique walking/movement with relation to the surface. But would this be possible?

Small, say size of hang em high

I am pretty sure it won't because BAM! has a defined "Down" for gravity. I'm not sure if you could attack that property to surfaces instead of just "Down until you hit something"

Apply the 'ladder' property to all surfaces. The real issue is the camera.

We already had something like this, where you can play as an infection form (http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=3288). Use that as a starting point, then see what you can do to make it innovative and fun.

Just check the flag in the biped, "walks on all surfaces" or "walks on walls" I believe it was one of those two.

E: just checked and it's "can climb any surface"

... what happens if you jump?

You just hop down to the bottom again. It's pretty entertaining, though I have no idea how you would play a game on that map. I downloaded it to mess around in it.

So when you walk on a vertical/ceiling surface the camera will remain right-side up? What will the biped look like? Parallel to the ground/Upside down?
