...what the problem is?
Any of my maps (neither campaign nor original MP maps nor DLC maps) won't load unless I take off the hard drive and play on a temporary profile. I've followed these (http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=26159253#28565690) instructions carefully, but nothing has changed. I actually formatted my HDD after I noticed performing maintenance on the storage device doesn't change anything. I've also tried to install the game into the HDD but halfway the process it gives me an error: disk cannot be read. It's in pretty fine condition, really. Besides, why can I play all my maps with a temporary profile then?

Seriously, is the problem with the disk or HDD... or with the goddamn XBox?

My xbox started acting like that recently, too. Made any and all games with modern graphics unplayable, while I could play games with worse graphics like Saints Row and Bullet Witch. Could barely play Fallout 3 or GTA:4 without it freezing 10 minutes in, and Halo just wouldn't load. I got a memory card, removed my hard drive, and all my games play fine now. I tried reformatting the HDD multiple times, but I do believe it's fried. I got mine about a year after the 360 was released in the premium pack, but I don't know if that would mean anything to you.

probably the disc man, sometimes it does that...try it with other games anbd see if they work, if they do then its the H3 disc
