Reticles are made by Advancebo.

Contains every reticle for the weapons and vehicles.

Directions to use:
Merge the folders with your tag folders to use. Make sure the "reticles" folder is in "tags\h3\ui\hud\bitmaps".

Shit like this makes me wonder if there isn't a guy working at Bungie whose sole purpose is to come up with all the reticules for things.
