Using a 360 Wireless adapter on a PC.

I have a Windows PC that I want to get onto my wireless network, but the wireless adapter I was using broke (no fixing it). I have a 360 wireless adapter, and a PC close enough to my 360 that I wouldn't need it for my 360. Can I plug in my 360 wireless adapter to this PC and use it as a normal PC wireless adapter?

Edit: I found an old adapter that should work just fine. Thread Locked. Key thrown away.

I saw that link to, and I seriously do not believe that it is impossible to use the 360 network adapter with a PC. My PC recognized it as a wireless adapter. There must be some 3rd party driver to get it to work.

Their controllers, guitars, drums, mics, wireless earpieces, HD-DVD drives, etc. all work on Windows.

I have confirmed all those as well. Sounds strange that it wouldn't work. Try to find device drivers for the thing.

When I plug it in, it asks me to install a driver for it, a driver I don't have. This machine runs XP, so that may be the issue. Also, the Wireless Adapter's drivers come preinstalled on the 360, so a driver disk doesn't come with the adapter.
