Poll time.

I've just wondered overall, the usage of each 3ds max version per user. So here it is. A democratic way of resolving queries.

Add 3ds2008/2009 to this poll and I'll vote.

Never knew they assigned actual Years to the version, other than 2010. My bad.

3ds Max 7, I love it! 8 was good too, but I can't remember if that was the version where they phased out the classic polygon counter.
I detest any "year version", the UI just seems more cluttered then from before.

I love max 8. I have 9 and 2010, but haven't used them besides rendering. The majority of modeling and shit happens in max 8.

Besides rendering, I've found 8 is better for me. It seems more effecient when modeling.

i've got an actual LEGAL licence, i upgrade for free.
started with max 5, and used every version since.

using 10 now, though i hate the fact they integrated polyboost in this graphite modelling shit, because now you can't even assign hotkeys to it anymore >_<

Using 8/2009. Only use 8 for halo, and use 2009 for everything else.
