Earlier today we had a massive storm, raining crazy and shit, and few days ago we got a tornado warning that was 4 miles away, and to be honest, thats the closest tornado I've ever had in my life. My state is a practically a no tornado zone. The weather like that here isn't cable of making tornado's really. But its also has weird climate becuase of the nearby mountains.

i had this storm last night, wasnt too bad tbh. tornado warnings are pretty common occurrences here, although theres only ever been one to hit in the ~9 years ive lived here (including the last time i lived here before i moved back)

I don't know how weather can be schizo...:v:
Then evidently you've never had it rain in your backyard while your front yard remains miraculously dry.

Has rained for the last 3 months, and still is, in Ottawa, and it was raining for the three weeks I was down in Moncton as well.

Now I'm out in Nanaimo WITH CONSCARS, and it's been hot, and nothing but hot.

Wait, you like in Ottawa? But yeah, I don't think we've gone a whole week without a day of rain in it, which isn't too bad, since I absolutely love the rain.

I really dunno, but dang.. Dallas is the main part of Texas that gets those random tornado warnings.

It turned out as just really hard rain bt I'm guyessing power transformers were hit sometime in the night because the power was out for about 7 hours.

Conscars you lucky man (I hate you)

Also, the other day here in Englandland, it was pretty nice and sunny and then HAILSTORM for like 2 minutes, then nice and sunny again. Also the hail set off peoples' car alarms and left puddles in places where puddles had not existed before!

On the contrary, it was pissing it down on the sea here, and then on land it was sunny, :haw:

The weather of my city in a nutshell:

-Blue sky, hot as hell whole day, get the car washed and scrubbed
-Sky go bat shit insane and blackish green clouds dip 100 feet above the house
-Everyone is freaking out, news man having an excitement orgasm on the tv about this huge fucking storm that is going to lightning, hail, rain and shoot tornadoes out of it's vag all at once.
- All shit breaks loose...and its 2 minutes of weak rain.
- Everyone just laughs it off
- One random piece of hail falls from the sky and cracks your windshield
- Blue sky
- It snows for 5 minutes
- Temperature shoots up to 115 degrees
Repeat.

So, out in my front lawn, there was a good sized tree. This tree provided my bedroom with beneficial shade, keeping it cool, and reducing glare when I watched TV. It also kept me cool and out of the sun when I went outside. It was a great tree. I loved this tree.

So you can guess how I felt when I looked outside this morning.

I still have no idea what caused this. This tree was the only tree in the entire city that fell (or in this case, split in half) today, so I am stumped. This was a strong tree. This shouldn't have happened.

Ah, Nanaimo. I've got a few friends living there at the moment, and they're just thrilled with the weather.

As for up here at the top of Vancouver Island, we get lots of schizophrenic weather. When it isn't raining everywhere, it's sunny with rain, or rainy with sun, or snowy with rain, or rainy with snow... though this summer was a hot one. We had some sunny with cloud FFS! That never happens.
