I've been pretty burned out on As Blood Runs Black and Parkway Drive lately and I've been going back to some old genres I love.

I'm in need of some new chiptune/tech music and I wanted you guys to give me suggestions. I'm like the only guy in my entire city who's into chiptune. :ohdear:

My favorite artists are definitely Sabrepulse, (http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/Sabrepulse/similarartists) Glomag (http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/glomag/similarartists), and Bitshifter (http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/Sabrepulse/similarartists#pane=webRadioPlayer&station=%252Flisten%252Fartist%252FBit%252BShifter %252Fsimilarartists)

As for ska... The only ska band I really like is Big D and the Kids Table (http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/Big%2BD%2Band%2Bthe%2BKids%2BTable/similarartists). I'm not a fan of goldfinger or aquabats really.

Can you guys help me out?

Reggae actually originated from ska.
:eng101:

Anyway, yeah, Catch22 and Streetlight Manifesto were good back in the day. Never really went back to this shit since middle school though, so idk how they sound today.

Take shitty rock.
Remove the shit.
Add trumpets.
Add a good singer.

Last.FM.

Started using it yesterday. Haven't stopped.
Even used it on my ipod for a few hours last night.

I'm in love with a website. :ohdear:

Five Iron Frenzy is ska, but I dunno if you'd like them.

I just found the coolest sub genre. It's like screamo or metal with chiptunes in it. Amazing. :iamafag:
