Nope. Sorry about your luck bro, however you can look around for an extensive database of tutorials and learn.

You best bet is to learn the editing kit on your own and throw some levels out. People will hopefully comment on them and you'll learn from that feedback. Buddying up with people on AIM/Xfire/whatever isn't a bad idea either.

At the moment, there aren't many serious CE mod teams left that would be worth joining.

Most tutorials are there which concern HEK, other tutorials like 3d modelling you can find on google as the 3d modelling tutorials on that link are basic levels.

You should go there and get them. Also, lots of other free stuff other than maps like tags and models and stuff. Also: GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND!! :D
