That looks like a forced motion blur problem. Did you install any custom configs, and do you use DX9 or DX10?

does this always happen or does it just happen after youve been playing for a little while? your system specs show you have a graphics card that iv never heard of, so im not quite sure whats going on here. oh my integrated nvidea card sometimes after im done with max or using an extended desktop (im not sure which) whenever i play a game there are pixels all over the screen in trippy colors. when i play oblivion sometimes after my graphics card has gotten kind of hot it will show those black lines like you saw towards the end of that video
E: and for luls, how difficult is it to play like that?

looks like the motion blur mask got fucked up somehow (possibly through no fault of your own). try, when you're in the game, to type r_motionblur 0 into the console

Im not sure, i've managed to get rid of the dof error by grabbing the old objects.pak from my old hard drive and that seems to have solved the dof and model screwing up but the ai are just retarded at the moment, i've got koreans walking upto me asking if i want coffee.

then the obvious question is, have you tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it and installing the latest patch?
