pc vs ce scope

On the left is the pc scope, the right the ce. I'd like to know how to remove whats circled in red on the ce. I checked in the sniper hud interface, looked at every bitmap. I even deleted everything having to do with the sniper and ripped the one from a pc map. Yet it was still the same... Anyone know how to change this?

I got it removed from mine, let me find it quick...

Edit: I don't remember what I changed, but I think it was a static element.

Also, you may have to redirect the scope back to the normal bitmap.

its part of the multitex overlay in the sniper rifle's hud interface. i did notice that little tick thing too
