Chances are if you've ever played a game competitively, enjoy watching machinima/montages and don't resort to youtube for all your needs, you have probably heard of sourceradio.com. For years this place has been the middleman for video editors and players alike to get their name and work heard. They are most notorious for offering HD streams and both a member and staff rating system to effectively filter out the good videos from the bad. They featured a variety of games, ranging from the original source engine games to the new, as well as other non source games such as quake, painkiller, doom, WoW etc... So what I'm saying is, this was truly a great site and if you have some spare change, please donate to their cause. This not only helps preserve interest in the creation of fragvids/machinima, but helps preserve competitive pc gaming as well as casual.

The Movie Vault Is Not Dead

First off we would like to apologize to everyone for these unfortunate circumstances, we understand that to some the news of SourceRadio shutting down was quite upsetting. The decision to pull the plug came after it became clear that the management of the organization were clearly headed seperate directions. The exact details of the split may be released at a later date, however today our focus is restoring service to the website as quickly as possible.
At the moment myself and Link are left with just the content and source code, we currently do not have adequate servers to power the website at its most recent capacity. Our focus at the moment is creating a "lite" version of the website to maintain traffic and re-establish ourselves as the leading source for high quality frag videos and e-sports machinima. In order to do that we must ask you, the community for your support in raising the necessary funds to deploy new servers in both the United States and Europe to start generating revenue again and help launch and expand the new website.
We understand how this may sound, but after a long discussion regarding company financials (or lack there of) we feel this is the best route to quickly get things running again. In exchange for your help, we promise to uphold the quality of The Movie Vault, continue new developments including mobile applications, desktop tools, and pushing the boundaries once again including the return of The Best Damn Movie Comp Period.
Everyone who donates will be offered an exclusive beta of the new website when available.
