Don't wanna annoy my roommates so I need a pairof headphones that's suitable for a bass amp? Obviosly I'm not looking for $600 dj headphones. Just decent ~$100 6.3mm types that won't clip my notez.
Also would those 3.5mm to 6.3 adapters be a bad idea (if they exist?)

Pretty much anything Sennheiser >$100 should prevent clipping in the low range. As for 6.3mm adapters, you can get them pretty much anywhere for like, $1.
I would also recommend the Bass-in-a-Box if you're pretty much always going to use the headphones: http://www.activemusician.com/item--MC.BASSINABOX
I haven't tried it myself (I hope to sooner than later), but I haven't heard any poor comments about it.
