Random Quotes Script for TF2

Anyone have a script that makes the character randomly randomly spout quotes?

I tried making my own but I lack some of the ability.

I'm pretty sure you can only get it to do it with voice commands, if at all.

Well damn, I saw that there was a taunt script that did it with the scout only, and I was wondering if there was any way to get it to randomly spout quotes from any character :/

I know you can get them to shout stuff through the console so it's probably possible, just that this isn't really the forum to ask (try the tf2 board on the steam forums)
