"Holy shit, another WIP that won't get released!?"
Welp, I'm hoping to change that, but I might need a little help.

There is alot more to the map than I took renders of. Everything is about 20,000 polys, and i've already got it ingame. There is some minor clipping when you stand on the above ground base facing out, but that's only because it's rendering ~20,000 faces at once without any portals. Easily fixed.
Everything is fully modeled, but I really have no idea where to start with texturing. That's where (hopefully) somebody will come in and keep me from making all look like utter shit. If not, i'll just do whatever I can to release it, because god knows modacity doesn't need another unreleased map.
For anybody interested, here is the model:

I trust that no noob will fuck with it and claim it as theirs...

When it isn't all one texture, sure. :v:

I built the detail around gameplay, not the other way around. It should play good in theory, but i'll have to see.

Looks really cool. I'd recommend starting with basic textures, i.e. dirt, stone, metal, etc. Then starting in on the more detailed stuff.

The fact that I'm taking my time to write all of this up means that I actually see potential in this, so take it as praise in its self. Here's my suggestions:
It looks pretty good, what with its original art style and identifiable location-specific geometry, but the top section looks to be nothing more than a pistol-jerk on a pair of split hills. You'll definitely need some suitable cover-scenery or structures to fill out that area and make some interesting inter- and intra-area sight lines.
Your plank ladder needs a bit more cover - I'd recommend breaking it up into two shorter ladders with a small spire with a mini-plateau (kinda like TF2's Badlands spire, but without the spiraling paths and top mesa) bridging the two, not only to make it less of a strict ascent, but also to add mid-way cover.
Your rope bridge could use some handrail-ropes on the side as well, since those using it would most likely be strafing, rather than looking ahead. Having one small section of the handrails cut could not only add a localized hazard, but also more character.
Be sure that vehicles have a secondary way from one side to the other, rather than just the one confined tunnel path. If I'm interpreting the scaling of it correctly, you should probably bring two of the cliff edges over the central basin a bit closer together to allow Warthogs and Ghosts to make that epic jump.
I'm loving everything that I'm seeing so far, but it still needs a great deal of work. Keep at it!

Looks real nice, I hope you actually finish this.
Also, the last 3 pics remind me of BioShock.

Beautiful! I love it! It reminds me of Turok, and Farcry. I really like the two bridges, but the upper plain looks too empty.

Your plank ladder needs a bit more coverIt isn't that long, so it shouldn't be too much of a death trap. If it sucks in beta I'll change it.
Your rope bridge could use some handrail-ropes on the sideI want to say "if you suck so much that you fall off, it's your fault", but I see your point. I'll change it if it gets annoying in beta.
Be sure that vehicles have a secondary way from one side to the otherNo vehicles; the map isn't that big.

I don't know what gameplay you say you considered, as everything is just wide open for pistol and grenade spam, and sniping, as well as vehicle whoring.
