If you guys didn't already know, If you were using OpenSauce while Xfire was open, Halo would crash because of the Overlay system used in games when Xfire is running (Chat, Broadcast, etc.)
However, I believe that I might not be the first one to discover this, but whatever.
Anyway, Xfire AND OpenSauce can be on at the same time, just follow these directions:
1. Open Xfire.
2. Click on Tools, then Options.
3. Click on the Games Tab.
4. Under Installed Games, find Halo Custom Edition.
5. Once found, look over to the bottom right, the box that says "Advanced Options".
6. Under that box is a checkbox named: Disable Xfire In-Game. Check that box!
7. Congratulations, you can now successfully use Xfire while Open Sauce is being used!
This "tutorial" can also work on other program's using directx overlays (like Mumble, the VOIP program)
Hope I helped you guys out :D

Not that big of a deal. And if you still want to chat with others, run in windowed mode.

Sigh. I thought this was going to be a fix so both could be used to their full extent (Xfire in-game + OpenSauce).
I've had Xfire set up this way for a long time.

This defeats the purpose of using XFire.

Only reason I don't bother with OS is then I wouldn't have XIG. That and the fact that it's HEK doesn't like about 5 of my programs.

xfire is very lightweight and I've never heard of anyone lagging from it. And as long as you have a modern day connection to the internet its next to impossible to cause any noticeable lag. idiotic accusation imo
