No, stop making these kinds of posts, look at the FAQ, look at the official information. Your friend isn't making the game. ;) Don't listen to him. There is NO WAY it is better in XP than Vista, its just that you are using DirectX 9.0 (which XP has). I.e....

Once again, Halo 2 Vista will only play in Vista, hence the name.
