1750 & 1000 Who has em yet?

As the title states , its a question , who has maxed out both ODST and Halo 3 , i managed to max out ODST quite quickly with my team , but Halo 3 has taken me alot longer , i have only just managed to get it all , after struggling to get the "killtacular" achievement and repeatedly got my ass handed to me while doing it in this weekends Double EXP Griffball.

Good job dude, my goals with ODST was to do vidmasters though. If maxing out gave me more stuff in multiplayer I'd probably go for it, seeing as I did do the original 1K.

I don't have most of the 200k achievements in ODST, or Save This Film in H3. Any tips on Save This Film? I've gotten close, only to die once stupidly, not get quite enough kills, or get TKed by a teammate who screwed up his shot at a perfection so he wasn't going to let anyone else on the team get one either.

I did the same thing, except for the fact that I was a spawnkilling, good-for-nothing, dime-a-dozen, back-stabbing scum-bag. I used an angled momentum jump off the bat to infiltrate their spawn and get an Extermination followed by a Killtacular, then died, and got two more kills from the grave, due to the bomb detonation killing two targets that I had weakened, ultimately giving me a Killimanjaro. 2 for 50G within the first (and also last) 30 seconds of a round. That's honestly the only thing Mayan Griffball is good for.

Cannot remember how i got Save this Film tbh , i think i got it in swat , its a while back since i got it , as for the 200k achivements , they are pretty easy.

Yeah, just play each level for about an hour and a half on Easy, and you'll get them without having to deal with that annoying thing... oh, what's it called? Oh yeah - death. You can also hone your special weapons usage and chieftain takedown techniques pretty well. I love being able to assassinate 3 Hammer Chieftains in a row.

lol , when i was doing em , i did em all on normal , takes less time , deaths still happen but rarely.

I got all of them in ODST last week, and got the original 1000 in Halo 3 last year before the update. I'm only missing 5-7 (can't remember) multiplayer achievements in Halo 3, but I probably won't bother to get them since I rarely play matchmaking.

I think he means 'boosting' as in going into matchmaking with a large group of people just to get achievements. For Lone Wolves, supposedly if you switch your language and choose to prioritize matchmaking by language, you can find other people who just want to go for achievements.

Acutaly, when bungie did the first double exp legendary brawl(forgot the name, I think thats it) were its like lone wolves but you can talk to others. I was playing standoff were people were saying "oh you can't get it at all" or so. So I mow'd down this guy and I unlocked it as well as two for one (it was a pain in the ass) So, its luck and I didn't boost

I had the original 1000 when it was the max before the new DLC achievements, as to ODST, I only need sluth one (cuz it glitched) and the 200k, I got recon ages ago though I'm not fussed about H3 and ODST right now, FIFA is taking over!

I apparently have the Halo 3 one, and didn't realize it. I use an Elite as my player type, so I didn't notice my Spartan had the Katana ability.
