I just played the new maps for a while... Has anyone else found anything interesting in either one? I can't find anything interesting... and they're really small =/.

I for one was happy to see these last homages to h1 classics. Both seem nicely done, and the M6D pistol easter egg is certainly a nice touch.

everyone's complaining about the cost of the downloadable content- i figure, since this is after all the only thing certain affinity has done so far, and they did such a good job, they deserve to see some sort of a return, you know? $4 may be "a lot" compared to the amount of new content you get for it vs what you get in a game etc etc, but seriously, it's 4 bucks! It costs less than lunch!

You can still get them on a regular xbox.

But yeah , there maps definitely look worth it , I need to renew my live account soon so i can go play em.

If you're talkin about live you can get a one month for like 15 bucks or 7 or something.

The halo 1 pistol is sitting on the ground upside down leaning against a box in the crates that are over where the rocket pipe or maybe the OS spawns, behind the chain fences.

No its just in the [scen] (scenary for you choobs) tag of the map, making it an unusable weapon, the person wielding it modded it and put it over the M6C, which I will do once I get my xbox back.

In Tombstone there's another easter egg. A picture of Hang 'em High on the wall highlights which things in the map were changed.


it's not big but My friend and i Found that the computer screen in tombstone shows HangemHigh and the changes made to it, into tombstone indicated by the red circles for example the middle one is the crane transformation, The right one is the Shotgun area changed and the First one to the left is the New Airlift, and we think the second one from the right is the water added into the tunnels.... This is a suggestion thats changed. they could mean something else.
