Gathering Exception Data

My problem is, i tried using a cd key which is legit not pirated. Everytime I use it I get this gathering exception error. Im not using an aimbot or anything like dat. I tried uninstalling it and installing it agian but that doesn't help. I even downloaded custom from a diffrent website than download.com I also used my orignial cd key but that doesn't work. If anyone can help id gladly appreciate it. The problem occurs when i try to make my own server or try to join 1. For now im stuck with combat evolved and trial. :I Adwianwocks

Please post some more information, like what you have running in the background, any forced 3d options, your system specs, and game version.
