Didn't I read somewhere that there is going to be a new wrench for the engineer that makes building time a lot faster but it can't upgrade them? Sounds like an almost unfair trade-off.

Actually it was from one of the beta's. Valve made the thing and let some people try it out, along with a flame retardent spy suit, some gloves for the heavy that make him faster, and some other crap.
Just ideas that were tossed around.

I remember when some "beta testers" for the Scout update on something awful said that the nailgun was one of the Scout's new weapons
also this is fake because if it were legit that image would have been taken down due to breaking NDA

plus it was obviously photoshopped, jerk can tell because some of the pixels don't look right and he's seen quite a few 'shops in his day.

Having a teleport that could be attached to a ceiling could lead to griefing among the likes that TF2 has never seen before.
I am all for some kind of movable teleport though, instead of having to destroy/rebuild. It's not convenient for fast-paced maps.

A lot better done than the guard-dog update, I actually quite like teh idea of the emp (but instead of deleting amo, just disable all their guns for like 5 seconds or if they stay in the radius (forcing an area of mele only could be fun vOv).
