Also, quick not-entirely-unrelated-to-this-thread question... I'm making pork chops today. My normal way is to bread them, fry them in a pan to cook the breading on, then bake them in a pan in the oven. However, I'm really not a huge pork chops guy (edit: more like this style of cooking them is boring) and I'm curious if any of you Modacity Chefs have alternate ideas for cookin' pork chops. Something a little unusual, y'know?

EDIT: Though, to tide you guys over, have some cake I baked three weeks ago, never finished and threw in the freezer. Rainbow Bits bundt cake with chocolate frosting for the win!

Also started making elderflower wine, its not wine but thats the name. Picked some elderflowers, added sugar, dash of vinger, lemon juice and filled bowl with water. 2 Weeks time we'll have nice fizzy elderflower wine.
