I spent this whole game determined that I was going to make Avitus the traitor because I never liked him. Only once he became the traitor and I was forced to kill him did I actually start to like him as a character. Go figure.

What the fuck? I think you are mistaking Avitus for Thaddeus. I liked Avitus least, but I feel like his aggressive nature was too much to be corrupted so easily. Thaddeus seemed like the glory-hugging bastard that could be swayed, which proved true. Tarkus is the best. Period. And Cyrus is pretty damn cool with all his gadgets, but I usually swap him out for Captain Thule since he kicks more ass than all the rest combined.

The campaign for Chaos Rising was so good. I hadn't felt the urgency in a campaign since Call of Duty 4 before I played those last few missions of Chaos Rising. Well, actually that supernova sun mission in StarCraft II was pretty heartpounding too, but that mission didn't play a huge role in the storyline itself.

LMAO, shit happens to small aircraft more often than people think. He was just luck that there was a wide enough road available with no protrusions (road signs, light-posts, etc) along the sides) along the side to hit the wings on... Which he almost did at the end anyway.

And the worst part about it is often the operator wanting to be cheap when it comes to maintenance, or they end up doing it themselves (which they are not allowed to do) and they end up doing this. So the couple thousand they saved on maintenance will probably end up in a revoked pilot license, tons of violations and tickets, and if they're very lucky(most aren't when stuff happens like this) they might actually live. If you ever go up in a general aviation aircraft make sure you know your pilot, make sure he's responsible does his walk around inspections and all that. You'd be flabbergasted by the utter ignorance of so many pilots.

I've actually been to St Maarten and done exactly that at the airport when we were on an outing from a Cruise. It's actually insanely fun to do that, but only when you're standing on the sand portion of the beach.

That area is really out of the way as well, unless you go there specifically you likely won't find it. I went there specifically because I like planes. :ross:

Looks pretty cool, though I feel they should iron out the gameplay a bit: it looks like it could become stale after a while. I'm just getting the vibe that it will be a combo of "place button timing just right and then button-mash like hell." Though the environments are aesthetically impressive, the characters lack variance and depth, primarily in regards to the enemies.
