Hmm Abdominal thrusts are being slowly removed from teaching in NZ as they cause to much damage to the soft tissue organs. We are taught back blows x5, then Chest thrusts which is pretty much the same as abdominal thrusts but straight in on the sternum. Like your doing CPR from behind. Then when they pass out it moves on to actual CPR.

If you've ever played online, it should be added to your Origin account. If it isn't there, then add your product key to origin. Failing that, contact Origin support and they'll add it manually using your product key. As many horror stories I've seen of Origin/Ea support, I've used them 5 times over the course of 7 years and always had success with what I wanted to be done. Something as simple as adding a game to your origin account that's already tied to one of your EA personas won't be an issue. As always, though, these things take time so set aside an hour to an hour and a half to do that stuff.

If you watched the entire video (came out last week just look at his video histroy), you'll notice that their delta team was in that treeline to the right of where he crashed. I dont think any of them survived once the t72s rolled in. When he jumped out and was wondering wtf to do, I was hoping he'd link up with them.

But yeah, I'd love to play in a coordinated group as large as that. I'd love to see what could be done with an ARMA II/III server nearly saturating a gigabit line and CPUs to handle a very high fidelity sim. I think the server-side of things were updated to make things at longer ranges not jump around due to float limits.

Go for Arma 3 instead. At $32, you're stealing the game. The Alpha is in play right now and the Beta will be out in a few weeks. I'm not sure what beta will include, but at launch, crazy shit like this will be possible in Arma 3. Plus you can add most of the Arma 2 content in to work in the Arma 3 engine.

Trailers are quite a lot of work on their own; movies are far more than showing pictures for a couple of minutes. Most of the time, you think you have a great idea and have just the right way to make a trailer for it, but when you sit down and try to plot out how the entire thing is pieced together, you'll often run into premature dead ends.
