i was working on this automag before i stopped modeling and when i get back into the grove of things i'm gonna do it again

shit dude, it seems like i was the only who left haha
i've been real busy with school and just got back into it when i saw 3ds max on a school computer so i dug up my old install files

Maybe add an edge or two to the grip and surrounding area so that your grip is a bit rounder and nicer to hold.

Might want to tone down the push modifier a bit too :P

Thanks i was actually thinking about doing that
And the only modifier i use is symmetry, what does push do?

He was talking about the last image, with the wireframe cage over the model. Usually people duplicate the mesh and add a push modifier with a wire material to show the edges on top of the surface in a render.

oh ok, yeah i scaled it too much
i just tried the push modifier and it works alot better than scaling.

Slightly nitpicky, but:

In future renders, can you zoom in on the weapon a bit more?
Render with something other than a clay render or darken it up a bit - it's hard to see any smoothing issues with the clay render
Triangulation above the trigger guard could be better
You could probably get away with adding more detail (edges) to the curves highlighted in red:
