Ok, once again I need help with finding a gaming laptop, since I am quite the indecisive fag.

I've narrowed it down to two laptops:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Laptop-Computers/Gaming-Laptops/olspage.jsp?id=cat13504&type=page&pageIdentity=searchDriven&useProductString=true&productString=1218127626403*1218125777703&unProductString=1218124204092*1218125774978*121813 0485627*1218125774394*1218125018246*1218124208054* 1218122908891*1218100581211&catId=pcmcat150700050002

Which One would you suggest, and What are the best games it can play?

After doing some more reasearch, i found awebsite where it offers the TOshiba Qosmio for 700 bucks instead of 1400 bucks saving 700 bucks.

DOES this Look legit? or is it simply a scam site?

Doesn't look particularly trustworthy. When you're spending that much money, you might as well go with a reputable seller, not some no name company with an offer that's too good to be true.

Additionally, I'd recommend going for one of these (http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/notebooks/alienware-m15x/pd.aspx?refid=alienware-m15x&s=dhs&cs=19&~ck=mn) instead. It's a bit more expensive but I've got the 17" version and the build quality is much better than the high-end Toshiba Q-series I've played with at stores. Higher-end Asus laptops are nice too, if you can get one with better hardware for around that price.

If you can get the Qosmio for 700, go ahead. The GPU isn't as good, and the Audigy is missing (okay okay, the Audigy series is shit compared to X-Fi, but still), but the Core i7/DDR3 RAM is a bit more futureproof than the ASUS.

Ninja-edit: Oh shit. Yeah, go with legionaire's suggestion.

I'd wait for the best buy i7 one if you really want to spend that much on a gaming labtop..I'm not trusting the TwigLink one.

Edit:
The alienware one looks like the best.

The ASUS will be better for games, but the Toshiba will be better at everything else. Take your pick. Personally, I'd go for the ASUS G51J-A1; it's $100 more for a much better machine than the Toshiba, and it retains the i7.

And either way you'll have to pay extra for taxes if you buy one of the two you listed, or shipping if you buy the above. The ASUS can be had for ~$1400 if you order it from somewhere similar to XOTIC PC or PCTorque (though the latter only sells Sagers) as long as you use an e-check/Paypal or cash; otherwise, it's ~$1450.

ibuypower makes decent gaming notebooks as well, try them.

ibuypower makes decent gaming notebooks as well, try them.

I advised someone to try iBuyPower out a couple of years ago and that was a very big mistake.

They didn't include the right motherboard and it took a while for them to fix that. They shipped the computer back with parts free-floating in the case and it wouldn't boot. Sent it back again, this time everything was right but the motherboard was wonky and the watercooling didn't work as well as before. My friend lived through that for a while and things normalized out a bit. Earlier this year his 7950 GX2 kicked the bucket and he had to buy another card.

There's a reason they sell those things for so cheap.

The same laptops they sell you can find on XOTIC for cheaper and with better customer service. Hell, you can also find them on Newegg or the like if you look hard enough. You are paying for shoddy workmanship and logos.

Weak GPU. That's not going to net you good frames with decent settings. The only big name computers worth mentioning are from either ASUS or Alienware, and ASUS isn't that big of a name yet.

The ASUS you linked to at bestbuy would play anything good with the GTX 260M and that low resolution screen. I wouldn't enjoy using it to do anything else with that low resolution though. :-3

If you can, find something with a 1920x1080 screen.
