So I'm writing an essay and all of a sudden shit is fucked up. For whatever reason all of a sudden StickyKeys and FilterKeys both got turned on. I think I turned them off however now CapsLock is always on by default and now Firefox links always open in new windows no matter what. Also, scrolling now highlights instead of just...scrolling. :ugh:
Actually now after I restarted Firefox the arrow keys dont do anything at all...

What did you do?
Uninstall and re-install.

Huh. Now everything seems to work again. Except I can't get it so that I stay in the current window when I click on links. (Takes me to the new tab)
:iiam:

Is one of your Shift keys stuck?

Tools>options>tabs to change the tab settings.

It's the os, that's not FF. I used to have that problem too. you can't turn Sticky keys and all that off by the menu, they have to be off by the shortcuts.

There is a stick keys menu somewhere. I remember finding it and turning them off after they kept annoying me from using the shift key in ps.

Yeah I got them off, or they turned off after I restarted the computer a second time. Either way my accessibility options from the control panel is missing anyway. I'll have to reinstall it I guess to fix it in the future. What a stupid set of controls that are turned on by default...
