Okay everytime I want to search I can Google something then I go to click a link or go to images or videos it sends me to some search web or off site.

What can I do ive ran multiple malware spywares. and everything. Its very aggravating.

You have malware, obviously, it's just doing what it can to prevent being detected.

You can post a HijackThis log here or on some other tech forum so we can see what you have and offer advice.

On a clean computer, download PEBuilder (http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/) and make yourself a boot CD with some tools, i.e. scanners with the latest definitions, since I wouldn't even trust your computer in safe mode. Run the scanners from BartPE. Research what it finds to fix your browser's settings and whatnot.

Or, just take the easy way out and backup/reinstall.

I've had this problem before, someone recommended Malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org) to me and it fixed it.

If you're using Firefox -- do this:

CLOSE FIREFOX... every window of it.

On the start menu, in the run box... type:

firefox.exe -profilemanager

You should see a little profile manager appear... create a new profile... then run THAT profile.

Don't freak out, you won't have any of your bookmarks or anything.

Play with it to see if you still get the ads...

If you don't... your old firefox profile is infected with malware.

Good news: It's localized to firefox
Bad news: It's a pain in the ass to get the bookmarks and extensions you want out... but not the bad stuff.

Oh well.

Malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) or SuperAntiSpyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/) should be able to handle it, otherwise post a HijackThis (http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/) log so that we can diagnose further.
