I've about had it with the technical support from Servage.net!? Fucking 5 days now and they dont know how to fix the issue with letting me sign up new customers for web accounts. Meaning, I cannot sign up a new account. I mean WTF!!!!! Seriously Now!

Maybe you guys might know what it is?

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'BaseException' with message 'invalid_coupon' in /home/servage_net/classes/Product.class.php:625 Stack trace: #0 /home/servage_net/secure_pages/newWebsite/ordering/orderpage_carddetails.php(184): Product->setCouponCode('') #1 /home/servage_net/classes/IncludePage.class.php(48): include('/home/servage_n...') #2 /home/servage_net/classes/IncludePage.class.php(87): IncludePage->doRawInclude(false) #3 /home/servage_net/secure/ordering/index2.php(103): IncludePage->doTableInclude2() #4 {main} thrown in /home/servage_net/classes/Product.class.php on line 625

So im looking at SiteGround, what do you think of them?
If anyone knows what this error might be, tell me and I will tell them how to fix it, LMAO

I suggest: Hosting24.com

http://www.hosting24.com/features.php

Seriously cheap, unlimited space, bandwidth, ftp accounts, email accounts, you name it, for only $7.84 a MONTH. That's $94.08 a year! (Note that is for the Gold package, which is what I am suggesting you get)

Plus has a bunch of other features as well. Hosting very nice, hasn't crashed once for me since I started!

If you are getting this, I suggest the gold package, mainly for the other features. As soon as I saw this site I instantly left Network Solutions. =D

Ask Inferno, I just set him up with a FTP account on my site XD

Never use these assholes, the login for the billing was compromised on my account and they wouldn't give it back.

was it your fault it got compromised? kind of hard to blame them for a problem you created yourself

Usually they can verify credit details from when they last billed you. Did you try asking about that? Heck, you probably could have threatened them with a chargeback for fraud because they will not let you into your account with access to services you paid for. If that failed, then a simple chargeback would do more than prove you were the owner. :downsdance:

Even if you are at fault for giving another party your own information, the hosting company should provide assistance in getting your account back.

Anyone have any yes/no on bluehost? I'm also looking into hosting and was told bluehost is excellent.

I use Justhost.com

Only $4 a month (at least when I bought it) and has all the features Codebrain listed, unlimited everything. Reliable service, support was good to me when I had a lot of issues transferring a domain over.

I can vouch for hostgator. Made this website http://santamonicapriustaxi.com/ (http://santamonicapriustaxi.com/) for a friend 3 months ago and not a minute of downtime. Got 20% off too for buying 6 months! I don't know if they still have that promotion going on. But I've had a great experience with hostgator! The cpanel is great too.
