Google Voice Invite Thread

So yeah, I really want a Google Voice account, but their signup process is in "invitational" mode right now (Hey where have I heard that before? (http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?t=17082)) so I cannot seem to get one.

If anyone has a invite open, and has a kind heart (also willing to take +rep bribes) please say so in this thread.


Also, other people can ask for an account too, so they can get one as well XD

I basically want a Google Voice account because I just recently jailbroke my iPhone 3GS, and I installed the Google Mobile application. Can't use it without a Google Voice account.

I keep hearing about this, but no one bothers to actually explain what it is. Anyone care to share?

it used to be grand central.

basically what it does is provide universal call forwarding, texting abilitiy, and voice mail stuff. you can get a number with them, and link in your home phone, cell, and fuck it, a second cell, and when someone calls that number, all 3 would ring.
