Dj Max for PC?

So I want to get a PSP just so I can buy this game called DJ Max.

However, I recently heard there was a PC version,
after spending a good hour googling, I found one, but it was posted around 2 years back and all the links were fucked up...

So does anyone know where you can download an english version of DJ max for the pc?

Tried downloading a PSP emulator, doesn't work that well and can't really find a decent tutorial.

Oh, and that japanese style of downloading it, well they updated the site a bit so it's hard to
register -_-

actually, I don't even think the game is supported anymore...
