okay, before anyone goes yelling at me (get a new comp) or (you dont need to reformat that comp just throw it out the wndow) or (holy old comp) realize, that if I had money, I would get a new one.
Now, I was going to install Windows 7 on my computer. Specs are up near my name. I have a primary 320gb PATA drive installed that works fine, however, I also have a 500gb SATA I hooked up from an old usb external hard drive i tore apart. I got it all set up and stuff, but to no avail, no sata was detected. Anywhere.
I thought, oh, I'll go update my bios.
Yet, again, no avail. It definitely detected a RAID controller, but that's it. It did not detect the actual drive itself.
