So, the 4 hour premiere has concluded and by God what an epic premiere it was. I love the direction the series is taking, and I really love the hardass new Renee Walker. :neckbeard:

I'll gush about it some more later but who else watched?!

If you figure that for every hour length of a show, there is only actually 40mins of cotent with 20 minutes of adverts. So it actually probably only got 2.6 hours of show content. Oh and let us not forget opening and closing credits.

I'm always glued to 24, even during the bad seasons.

My only real issue is with Renee. I'm sorry, but I just cannot suspend my disbelief enough to accept that she was undercover with the Russian mob for a year and a half. Not after seeing Eastern Promises.

Surely, they could have come up with a better way to bring her back that didn't require a ridiculous retcon.

So, the 4 hour premiere

The only movie close to 4 hours that I am willing to sit through is Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Not a freaking TV show.

Never would've sat through 4 hours of that show. Mainly because I liked Kiefer as Athos in The Three Musketeers and I don't care to see him as anyone else.

:words: This is a discussion about 24, not a candy bar.

Also, the premiere was over a course of two days.

Limited: hulu.com, if you can access that.

It's just not 24 until they involve nuclear weapons.

Jack is right about everything, except how to pronounce nuclear.

Stop attempting to troll, not even you could be that completely ignorant to literature.

Also, no, I'm serious. That movie (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0108333/) was amazing.
