Things to fix:
Clean code and arrange it better.
Change the way posts are deleted and use sessions instead of url variables which would allow people to delete other posts.
Take CSS code out which makes borders change blue when hover over fieldset*
Stop sql injection on some parts of the website.
Make user managment page.
Other stuff...
