Anyone know of any other game artist/source engine communities?

Lately the mod team I'm on (OBM) has been in need of some artists and mappers and what not, so I've been looking around for communities I could post in and possibly recruit some artists. The problem is that well... we really aren't familiar with too many communities. So, as the title states, anyone know of any good game artist and/or source engine communities? Yes, I've posted here before, but the interest you guys have shown in our mod isn't uhh... large to say the very least.

Sorry about that, I worded that in a way that afterwards seemed a little bit strong, I should've said, "Been interested enough to apply." And I was pretty much referring to 3d artists, programmers etc.
