Basicly, they've picked your parcel up and are processing it for delivery.

It means that USPS has received and accepted your package for delivery. I assume you're the receiver? It means whoever is doing the shipping has passed the package along and it is now in the hands of USPS. It will be shipped out of Wapakoneta, Ohio (http://maps.google.com/maps/place?oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=Wapakoneta,+Ohio&fb=1&gl=us&ftid=0x883efa525bd198a3:0xa9a9cbf20b0fcb1e&ei=ZCyES-qpI8-FnQee2rSAAg&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CAwQ8gEwAA). The only service available with your package is Delivery Confirmation, so you will not receive updates of its progress but will be informed when it has reached your destination, which is important if you're not the only person capable of receiving packages at that destination (ie, apartment complexes, residence halls).

Either that, or some guy in Ohio accepted your Jtagged Xbox at 9:30am, bad luck.
