Looking for a new capture card

Well lately my capture card hasn't been working so i'm looking for a new one!
Anyone know of any good pci ones that are not too expensive?
I am thinking about a few I saw on newegg, I really want to do a stream of Perfect Dark before its out so quick answers please!

My capture card is working again, no idea for how long it will hold up though, gonna do a stream of the above game :)

In case it does die: I'll check shipping rates, and it should work with Windows 7. Know that the device records in MPEG-2 format, not entirely sure if Procaster works with that format.

I generally have procaster record the window of the capture card itself so everything works properly.
Looks like a pretty nice capture device too.

Meh its not working again.

I have an HD PVR, and I love it! It is a bit complicated to get the stream to work, but 1920x1280 support it worth it. You can check some You-Tubed dumbed down versions of some captures on my youtube (http://www.youtube.com/infractionation/) if you want a quality test.

Also, it's external via USB2.0
