I've seen 120hz TV's at Best Buy and found watching it a bit awkward, but I thought I'd give it a real try

You get it to work? I might give it a whirl.

It works just fine.
Watching Avatar, it makes everything look so extremely fake, but on District 9 its ok, and on Planet Earth it is much better than normal.
All of those were 720p. I have Alice in Wonderland in 1080p that I'm about to try.
e: ya, I have a 2.4ghz dual core and the 1080p is very choppy with this enabled.

I havent got any 720p or 1080p videos, could that be why it looks very weird on a regular avi? It seems very speed up.

That's because you're used to seeing stuff at 24fps, not the resolution. It takes some getting used to, I think a lot of the new stuff in Europe is being recorded natively this way now.

The funny thing is when people say "I wonder what native content like this seems like"

You never played a videogame at 48 FPS?

If you have a 120hz monitor -- you can also play it at 120 FPS... etc.

How can I set it to 120fps?
e: I dont see a difference when following the tutorial and using it.
e2: works and is awesome.
