Can someone name this video?

It was a black and white cartoon and it starts off with this marble maze kind of thing.
Then it shows the old guy making a mini skeleton angel and has a machine rigged to make it look like it's flying.
It ends with his head being removed and used as the marble that you see in the first scene or something like that.

Sorry for the craptacular description.

Okay, one more request. (didn't think it deserverved its own thread seeing as though it's pretty much the same subject)

I remember watching a movie (Or show?) a couple years ago.

This guys gets in a fight with a truck driver and the truck driver ends up running him off the road.
The guy calls the company that hired the driver and gets him fired. The company lets the driver keep his truck and the truck driver ends up stalking the dude who got him fired.
He moves into this apartment or something and he meets another dude who loves jumping off of stuff. And in one scene I remember him waking up in bed with a bunch of rats.
