Is 29.63 average fps decent for CoD:Modern Warfare 2 with the settings maxed out?

Whilst in combat that is so there is a lot of action going on.

Its playable but not decent. Not dipping under 40 ever is decent.

Another question, aint used CE for a while. What do you press you get dev mode up? I turned it on but I can't get it up :/

remember to put the -devmode target command line thingy

or that alldev app to turn it on

Not working :( None of them do... and I was using alldev app, which was turned on.

Make sure you have -console after the target.

That's for campaign maps. Otherwise the command is simply 'map'.
