Call of Duty 1 Problem...

Went to steam and purchased the COD pack.

I installed COD 1 and when I start it, the background picture is present, so is the music.

But I can't see any of the text, so Basically, I'm freaking helen keller trying to play Call of Duty.

I randomly click things, and it just pops up another little menu with invisible text.

Any help?

Make sure that it's completely finished downloading. That's happened to me before with Supreme Commander 2. I thought it was finished, but turns out it wasn't.
