I liked it better when it said F.U.R

Some people thought I was too blatant with the promotion of sexual deviance.

Because F.U.R written on the side of a train cart is totally a statement about your sexuality.
Makes perfect sense.

Nice 4-6-0 you have there.
Just a tip: Most steamers aren't grey, they're more of a black (or rather an off-black).
Also, you're either missing a whistle. There should be one midway between the smokestack and the boiler.
You don't have a crew plate bridging the gap from the tender to the locomotive. Normally, for coal or wood-burning trains, there's a metal plate that is laid down for the fireman to step on when he's shoveling coal/wood into the fire.
One more thing: FUR would be fine. In the Southwestern States, we have a railway called BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa Fe). Most of the time, the sides of the train just say BNSF. No periods between the lettering. Very rarely, there will be "Burlington Northern Santa Fe" written in tiny letters under the cab; you could do something similar if you want to keep the Federal United Railways.

Admittedly I'm hardly a train expert, so I'll respond to the parts I know something about, and that's the colour scheme!
Black doesn't work too well in tf2, and I like bright colours, so I'm hoping I'll be able to come up with something better than the flat gray I have D:
