Can someone Vectorize this?

I'm having this cut out on vinyl, but it would help if the design was to scale/accurate and a vector. These are the dimensions of a solid oblique triangle that I want to have cut out. If anyone could make it accurate/to scale and have it vectored I'd appreciate it. (I have no clue how to do any of that)
