I know there are some CAD operators floating around here but I'm not convinced this is solely a program thing, also this is for Microstation V8. No one in this office has a clue and our "computer guy" doesn't really know either. My searches at Bentley have been fruitless, especially since I have no idea what to call this error in order to troubleshoot it. I thought I'd take a shot in the dark and let you guys have at it.

the error is all the iterations of lines and breaks in lines that are supposed to be continuous but instead appear broken and shifted right. Only does this to vertically oriented lines when the full extense of the line is outside the window. This comp has W7 Pro, up to date drivers, Direct X and all that but has no dedicated GPU.

I'd appreciate any ideas or even some educated guesses :downs:
