Halo: CE Read Only?

I don't know why, but when I went to go edit the node checksum of one of my JMA files, it said that access was denied, I checked, and every single folder in my Halo Custom Edition Directory is read-only......

I never set anything to read-only and now I can't change any files, rename any files, create any, because for some reason it's all messed up.

You can't uncheck the read-only box for the root folder and apply that to all subfolders?
