Ok, so even though I already have a decent gaming laptop,
I want another one just in case friends come over and such.
(I'm tired of bringing that hunky desktop in my father's room downstairs just to play some counter strike or Call of duty with a friend.)
So, anyone have any suggestions?
What I expect from the laptop:
-Doesn't have to be major good look'in or anything.
-Can play Counter Strike Source at Max Settings
-Doesn't have to, but Windows 7 would be nice with it.
Thanks.

The two laptops Pyong linked to are great. I have the one in the first link. It runs most thing at highest settings and battery life isn't TERRIBLE. I would recommend picking up a 9 cell rather than the stock 6 cell though.

Gaming laptops are silly.
You can get twice as powerful hardware at the same price by building a mini ITX or ATX tower. I think you can get pretty small cases too.

I wouldn't want to carry a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and That everytime i want to go down stairs to game.

How much are each of those brand new?

Those, technically, are "new." They stopped making them a year or two ago due to a product upgrade. Those were left overs, hence the "refurbished" title. Tiger Direct's refurbish policy doesn't actually mean the item has to be used. However, you may end up getting one used. Even then, they should be in working order with no, to little, blemishes.

Yeah you should be ok with a refurb from trusted places like tiger direct.

The first one is only $20 more for the canadian website. That's a damn good deal.
