Developing for iPhone (Windows)

I wan't todo some Development for the iPhone (I want a Zune Player, not the shitty iPod player >.>). Does anybody know any good wats to code C# on Windows for iPhone? It's jailbroken so that's not an issue. Also Snow Leopard doesn't like To install on my laptop or in VPC, so i am stuck with Windows.

The iPhone uses Objective-C not C#, check out apple's site for the development kit.
