Looks even more awesome in action, i'm really interested to see if Devs use UE3 on iOS because it looks really good, it reminds me of Fable a little bit - that could be interesting a Fable-like-game on the iPhone...

Although Epic Citadel is just a tech demo - it's a damn good one!

I saw this today- one of my friends here at college was running it on an iPad and an iPhone. The graphics were extremely good, far better than anything I've ever seen on a portable gaming device, let alone a smartphone. The controls were also really easy to use and a lot smoother than I expected. A little difficult to control at first, but pretty quickly I got the hang of it.

The graphics don't look so amazing in full-res screenshots, but at the size of an iPad, and especially on the iPhone, they looked incredible. You couldn't tell some of the scenery objects were lower res. Even the Halo 1-style river texture looked nice.

Crazy how they have got it to work for iPhone, shame I only have iPod Touch. Bet it rapes your battery though.

This works on the iPod touch (3rd generation) too. I can see this making some nice Xbox/PS2 era graphical games on the iOS.

There is, however, one glaring problem...

...iOS devices have no physical controls. Unless somebody makes a good physical adapter, I can't see myself playing anything on an iDevice.

It's too bad the controls will involve waggling and fingering.

The waggling is reserved for Project Natal users.

Thats Mr.Kinect to you!

The controls aren't two bad actually, the only thing I didn't like is that the two on screen control nubs can be moved around (placement) if they were stationary it wouldn't annoy me as much - I've played Zenonia (an RPG) on the iPhone and it's controls were good actually...however that was a top down classic style rpg.

Though DA2 will actually be a lot different on PC than DA1 was from the console version.

Eh -- it looks somewhat like a high-end UT2004.
