This is a plugin for Photoshop (even 64-bit) that lets you deblur images -- either from depth-of-field/out-of-focus or motion blur.

On sale now for 30$ for the next 3 days. Try it and see if it does what you want.

I mean it's not MAGIC... but it actually tries to reverse the transform done by blur... not just sharpen what's there.

I mean I tried it and it works... assuming you have enough blur to begin with of course.

Edit -- Again, try before you buy. It works but maybe not well enough for you.

I just finished trying it. I can't seem to get the results that the photo shows.. It may just be me though.

Yeah their demos are best-case scenarios if actually possible.
