YouTube videos longer than 15 minutes?

Just got this when going to up a vid to YouTube:

Any news or official release on this? Why am I suddenly qualified to upload videos longer than 15 minutes? I find that ironic since my account has a Copyright Claim filed against it and I'm restricted from uploading unlisted videos.

Pfft noobs, my account is a director account, +kudos if you know what that is ;)..Yeah account is from '04, I can upload for like hours, yet all of my videos are short and sweet :)

Yea, my account is pretty old but I never knew about the director account privileges. However now I don't have a time limit either, I've seen videos people have uploaded to test this that are over an hour long.
