View Full Version : Flashlight Messed up?

So I have a biped rig I am working on, and the flashlight keeps spazzing out ingame - the light itself is bound to a node attached to the head, which doesn't really make a difference besides that I moved it a bit and the thing was recompiled... but the light freaks out when you run, jump, etc. - starts moving all over the screen.
Anyone familiar with this/know what needs to be done to fix it?

Attached to the wrong part part maybe? Sounds like it's moving with the animations.

Are you holding a weapons? some guns have a node that overrides the head one. It does sound like a animation problem.

Well, it's the default animations, and the guns are mostly CMT's. So maybe their guns have something bound wrong in them, perhaps? Either way, I'll check and see what the standard cyborg rig has the light bound to - but I am fairly sure it's the head bone.
Edit - Checked the rigging on the default cyborg biped, defenitely bound to the same bone. Possibly it's CMT's guns, but I have used standard guns as well with it and seen no difference.
